Shiraz Mushtaq is an Account Executive at Guidance Residential, one of the largest providers of Shariah-compliant home financing in the United States, where he helps Muslim families across the Midwest buy and refinance homes through Guidance's Declining Balance Co-ownership (Diminishing Musharakah) program.
Before Guidance he spent more than four years at Rocket Mortgage, and he has owned a business and invested in real estate himself, so he brings both conventional-lending fluency and first-hand experience of what buyers actually go through. He works with first-time buyers, families moving up, and investors, and speaks English, Urdu, and Hindi.
